Cancellation Policy Agreement Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled event date are eligible for a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit (if applicable). Partial Refund: Cancellations made 7–13 days before the scheduled event date will receive a 50% refund of the total event cost, excluding the non-refundable deposit. No Refund: Cancellations made 6 days or fewer before the scheduled event date, or no-shows on the day of the event, will not be eligible for a refund. This includes any fees paid or deposits. Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your event booking. This deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances, but can be applied to a future event if the cancellation is within the rescheduling window. Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your event without penalty if you notify us at least 7 days prior to the event. Rescheduling requests made within 6 days of the event will incur a $50 rescheduling fee. Cancellation by SOL with Endi: In the unlikely event that SOL with Endi must cancel your booking, you will have the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund, including any deposits. Custom or Large Events: For custom events or bookings for groups larger than 12 participants, cancellations must be made 21 days or more before the event for a full refund. Cancellations within 14–20 days will receive a 50% refund, and cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the event will not be refunded. Terms and Conditions for Booking an Affirmation Party By booking an Affirmation Party with SOL with Endi, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking and Payments A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. This deposit will be applied toward the total event cost. Full payment for the event must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date. If payment is not received by this deadline, your event may be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. For Party-to-Go Kits, payment in full is required at the time of purchase. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the event to avoid a rescheduling fee. Rescheduling within 6 days of the event will incur a $50 fee. Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy, which outlines eligibility for refunds based on the cancellation timeline. (Refer to the Cancellation Policy Agreement for details.) SOL with Endi reserves the right to cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. 3. Event Setup and Facilitation For in-person events, SOL with Endi will arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time for setup. The host is responsible for providing a suitable location, including adequate space for the number of guests and the materials provided. SOL with Endi is not responsible for any damage to the event venue or any accidents or injuries that occur during the event. The event host assumes all liability. 4. Party-to-Go Kits If you are ordering a Party-to-Go Kit, you are responsible for providing a suitable space and materials for any additional participants beyond what is provided in the kit. Shipping times will be provided upon booking. Please ensure your order is placed with sufficient time to receive your materials before the event. SOL with Endi is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been dispatched. 5. Custom Events For custom events or larger parties (more than 12 participants), additional materials or preparation time may be required. SOL with Endi will provide a custom quote based on your specific needs, and any custom designs or requests must be finalized at least 14 days before the event. 6. Event Changes Any changes to the number of participants or event details must be communicated at least 7 days in advance. Changes made within this period may be subject to additional fees based on the nature of the request. 7. Health and Safety For in-person events, the host is responsible for ensuring a safe and clean environment for all guests. SOL with Endi reserves the right to refuse facilitation if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable, with no obligation to refund payments. If your event requires specific health or safety accommodations, please communicate those needs during the booking process. 8. Intellectual Property All materials provided by SOL with Endi, including affirmation prompts, designs, and any custom artwork, are the intellectual property of SOL with Endi and are provided for personal use only. Reproduction or commercial use of these materials is prohibited without express written consent. 9. Liability Disclaimer SOL with Endi is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damages that may occur during or as a result of your event. Guests participate at their own risk, and the host is responsible for notifying SOL with Endi of any known allergies or special needs prior to the event. For virtual events, SOL with Endi is not responsible for technical issues or disruptions on the host’s side. 10. Force Majeure SOL with Endi is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, or governmental restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or offer alternative solutions.
